Elliptical products are one of the less commonly used products. We need to develop according to the actual size of the customer's plastic box/paper box container, or develop a plastic box inner box/paper box inner cutting mold box based on the size of our existing male mold.
According to customer needs, a flat bottom structure can be used, or reinforcement bars can be added based on customer preferences and the characteristics of the product mold structure itself. The shape of the reinforcement bars can be circular, grid shaped, radial, etc.
The product size currently ranges from 36mm-60mm, with a depth of 3.2mm-5mm. The material is double-sided unequal tinplate or double-sided food grade coated alloy aluminum.
