Custom shaped products are less commonly used items, and they are mostly specially customized according to the needs of customers. There are various shapes such as heart-shaped, door-shaped, arch-shaped, eye-shaped, eyebrow-shaped, triangular, fan-shaped, and so on.
The bottom structure can be designed with a flat base according to customer requirements. Alternatively, reinforcing ribs can be added. The shapes of the reinforcing ribs can be circular, grid-like, or radiating.
Product size: Currently, some irregular discs have sizes ranging from 17mm-62mm and depths ranging from 2.5mm-5mm. The material used is double-sided unequal tinplate or double-sided food grade coated alloy aluminum.
